How many cards can I store for free?
The free tier includes up to 5 loyalty cards. You can upgrade to Premium for unlimited cards at any time.
How do I sync cards across my devices?
iCloud sync is a Premium feature. Once enabled in Settings, your cards automatically sync across all devices signed into the same Apple Account. Your data stays in your private iCloud container — we never see it.
I used the old Beleep (BeleepMe) app. Can I migrate my cards?
Yes. When you first open Beleep 2.0, it automatically detects cards from the original BeleepMe app and offers to import them. Your old cards are preserved during migration.
Does Beleep track my location?
Beleep uses your location only on-device to suggest nearby cards. Your location is never sent to any server or stored. You can deny location access and the app works normally — you just won't get location-based suggestions.
What barcode types are supported?
Beleep supports QR Code, Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, Aztec, PDF417, and other common barcode formats. You can scan a physical card or enter the barcode number manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Beleep and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Can I share Premium with my family?
Yes. Beleep Premium supports Apple Family Sharing. One purchase covers everyone in your family group — no extra cost.
