Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Beleep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Beleep is a loyalty card wallet app that lets you store and manage your loyalty card barcodes on your device. The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

Free and Premium Tiers

Beleep offers a free tier that allows you to store up to 5 loyalty cards. Premium unlocks unlimited cards and additional features including iCloud sync, notes, photos, and Face ID lock.

In-App Purchases

Premium is available as:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications available through the App Store.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you store in the App. Beleep does not verify the accuracy of barcode data or loyalty card information. You should ensure you have the right to store and use any loyalty card data you enter.

Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to Beleep. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled (summary: it stays on your device).

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Beleep and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that barcodes will scan successfully at all retailers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
